Immigration Medicals

• Once your booking is confirmed, complete the Immigration Form and return with a copy of your valid Passport (Photo Page) only to email: reception@albahadlyltd.co.nz
• If you have an INZ pre-loaded case, please let us know your NZER/HR reference number.
• If you need advice regarding which visa to apply for please contact Immigration to confirm.

What to Bring to your appointment

• Original valid passport & any supporting INZ documents if needed.
• Give yourself enough time, doctors booking can take 1-2hrs.
• Support persons welcome.
• Water Bottle to stay hydrated. 

What to expect on day

• Please arrive early and check in with reception, have your passport ready.
• Nurse first for registration, upload digital photo, health screening and urine test if required.
• Doctor for medical exam, if chest xray or blood tests required doctor will provide referral form for testing (See Testing Providers available below)
• Payment; we accept cash or eftpos only. Credit card not accepted.

Results

Results usually take 12-24hrs, once doctor has received and all is normal, your application will be submitted online to Immigration New Zealand (INZ). Otherwise, if follow up is required, you will be notified. To request a copy of your health case report please email us, include your Full Name, Date of birth and NZER/HR number.

TESTING

Doctor will provide you with a referral/s to have testing done offsite. We have listed local testing services below who provide walk-in. You must pay for testing to the service provider, fee is not included with your doctors booking.

You must provide your valid original passport/no copy or expired passports accepted.

We will not provide a refund for medicals we have completed if you decide to change your mind.

You must make sure the visa applying for is correct and Immigration Form is completed correctly.
